Recognizing a need within community based non-profit development construction oversight, Dynamic Build Group was born in 2006. DBG quickly found itself working with multiple non-profit organizations such as Burbank Housing Corp, Oldtimers Development Corp, American Family Housing Corp, partnered with cities such as Burbank, Southgate, Huntington Park, and Midway City. DBG developed construction documents, scope and oversight for the rehab of multiple successful affordable housing projects. We have well over 60 years of constructability knowledge and experience.

John McClelland, President, has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. John started in the field and quickly transitioned into the office where he began estimating, scheduling and managing projects. John has built multi-million-dollar custom homes, telecom switch rooms across the United States, Retail across the Western United States, Tenant improvement, Hotels, multi-family and grounds up construction. With extensive experience in California, John has acquired a broad and unique skill set that results in an avantgarde approach to problem solving, cost control, and creativity. John has been involved in all aspects on a variety of projects ranging upward of $85,000,000.
